Sharon Warren, Executive Director
Sharon joined The Reserve at Spring Hill in October 2017 as the executive director of the skilled nursing and assisted living community after formerly serving as a regional vice president for a long-term care company. Licensed as a nursing home administrator since 1998, Sharon previously served as an administrator and registered dietitian after graduating from Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire. She also attended Vanderbilt University Dietetic Program.
"When I started working in long-term care I was immediately hooked. I fell in love with our customers, their history, and their stories," recounts Sharon as she reflects on two decades of her long-term care career.
Sharon is a member of the Tennessee Health Care Association and Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she enjoys reading, golfing, and traveling. She moved to Spring Hill in 2010 with her husband. She is the proud "bonus mom" of three children and has two beautiful granddaughters.
Shawn Gentry, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Shawn Gentry has served as the Medical Director for skilled nursing residents of The Reserve at Spring Hill since 2018 and has worked in long-term care since 2001. He attended medical school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis where he also completed a family medicine residency.
Dr. Gentry is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Association of Physician Leadership, American Academy of Family Physicians, Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians, Tennessee Medical Association, and Maury County Medical Society. Dr. Gentry was named Best Family Physician by the Columbia Daily Herald in 2014 and 2015. He is a managing partner at Northside Medical Professionals in Columbia, TN, and is also a member of Team Health ER physicians.
Alan Wallstedt, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Alan Wallstedt has served as the Medical Director for the assisted living residents of The Reserve at Spring Hill since 2018 and has practiced medicine for 25 years. He attended medical school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and completed a family medicine residency at Saint Francis Hospital in 1996.
Dr. Wallstedt is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians, Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians, and Tennessee Medical Association. Dr. Wallstedt is the Founder and Chief Medical officer of Blue Sky House Calls and serves as the Regional Medical Director for Team Health, the leading ER staffing company in the nation. In addition, he is the past president of the TN Academy of Family Physicians and currently serves on the congress of the American Academy of family physicians. Dr. Wallstedt works closely with Nurse Practitioner Amy Reha to provide care for the assisted living residents at The Reserve at Spring Hill.
